Description: This blend is designed to be used as a preventative massage treatment, not as an inhalation during an asthma attack.

Massage the chest and back, using slow, upward, opening movements. It may also be used in an electric or candle diffuser, and in the bath (5-10 drops). Massage oil: 15 drops/30 ml base oil such as Sweet Almond, Grapeseed or Sesame oil
